About Kathy:
Kathy graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from The Ohio State University. She then built a distinguished career at Ernst & Young for over a decade, where she was known as a creative problem solver who championed new ideas with a focus on bottom-line results. In the latter part of her career she was at multiple corporations within the private equity environment where her focus was on integrating newly acquired companies and restructuring current operating processes for maximum efficiency.
